Pod Descriptions
Pods consist of people who are responsible for particular aspects of the G-Spot operations. Pod meetings/check-ins would be held regularly, but can be in formats appropriate for the number of members, type of work done, etc. (i.e. the serving pod might have a debriefing at the end of each week, and/or a binder is always available for comments, suggestions, questions of the members)
Once weekly (for now) the “steering pod” will meet to bring up issues from all the pods: the steering pod is made up of members of all the other pods, these members attend on a rotating basis so everyone is involved as much as they are able/interested.
Finances

Kitchen
Who: everyone who cooks GSpot? meals!
- lots of discussion happens in the kitchen, so a binder would be available where ever we are cooking for suggestions, questions, etc. So everyone who cooks can have a say, even if you can't make a regular meeting/debrief
- weekly debrief (held at the church? While eating?)
- equipment requests can be recorded in the binder/minutes from a debrief, and brought to the steering pod (this would be way easier if we had ???? )

- we can't use the composter at the church anymore (full)

- macro composter contest (to design a suitable on-campus G-Spot composter)
Research
